We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive our growth across Germany. At Hillebrand Gori Germany GmbH, you'll play a key role in finding new customers, building strong relationships, and helping us succeed in the logistics industry, with a particular focus on the bulk wine segment.
Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities, onboard clients, and nurture long-term relationships
* Analyze market trends, develop tailored sales strategies, and support pricing and tender processes
* Conduct regular customer visits, provide solutions, and ensure high satisfaction
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business
* Attend trade shows and events to promote Hillebrand Gori and expand market presence
Requirements
* Certification in forwarding and logistics or a degree in business administration, combined with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry ideally with a background in sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Independent, solution-focused, and goal-oriented mindset
* Fluent in German and English
* Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel
* Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, or comparable systems
