The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing North American finance team ensuring financial performance is transparent to global leadership.
Responsibilities include overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the North American entities in compliance with local GAAP and group reporting standards. The selected individual will serve as the key contact for auditors Big 4 and tax advisors ensuring accurate and timely filings.
The role requires collaboration with the global finance team in Germany to implement best practices internal controls and policy frameworks – in compliance with Sarban-Oxley (SOX). Furthermore, the successful candidate will build and scale the finance capabilities in North America to support business expansion.

Required qualifications include a proven track record in developing implementing and overseeing internal control frameworks to maintain full SOX compliance. Experience in US GAAP accounting group reporting and consolidation is also necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance MBA and/or CPA is required. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of Financial Leadership experience ideally with public company exposure.
The equipment we provide includes:
* An annual base salary of $150,000 - $170,000
