Responsibilities include developing scientific knowledge, disseminating data, supporting clinical trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires independent work, strategic planning, and travel (~70%).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build relationships with KOLs across disciplines and levels.Serve as a scientific expert and facilitate information exchange.Provide insights on new data and clinical trends to Medical Affairs.Support investigator-initiated research and clinical trial enrollment.Represent the company at medical congresses and advisory boards.Lead national projects and ensure compliance with local regulations.Develop territory plans aligned with regional strategies.Partner with other teams like HEOR/market access.Mentor new hires and manage medical activities/projects.Role RequirementsAdvanced Scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of MSL experience, preferably in Oncology or Neurosciences.Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and communication of complex data.Knowledge of pharma regulations and strong relationship management skills.Fluent in local language(s) and English.Willingness to travel (~70%).Physical RequirementsResidence within the territory.Valid driver’s license in good standing.Compensation & Benefits and additional company policies are detailed in the original description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
