 
        
        A key role in our organization is that of the Senior Sales Engineer. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions to meet customer needs.
This critical position involves collaborating with customers to design tailored GenAI-powered solutions, leading proposals and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our technologies, and ensuring the successful delivery of next-generation experiences worldwide.
 1. Partner with customers to understand their requirements and create customized GenAI-based solutions.
 2. Head up proposals, demos, and PoCs that highlight the power of our GenAI technologies.
 3. Act as a technical authority from pre-sales through delivery in close alignment with our Professional Services and Project Management teams.
 4. Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop innovative solutions for market launch.
 5. Define global best practices, architectures, and playbooks for applying LLMs, SLMs, and other GenAI approaches.
 6. Provide feedback to our product teams to inform the development of our offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution engineering or architecture, preferably in AI or automotive, hands-on experience with GenAI technologies such as LLMs, SLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration frameworks, a solid foundation in software engineering and cloud platforms, excellent communication skills in English, German a plus, passion for GenAI and emerging technologies, willingness to travel and engage with customers globally.
