Business Developer
The Business Developer drives the company's growth and expansion within a specific area or region. You will collaborate with the highest level partners to enhance existing store sales performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute Business Action Plans (BAPs) that increase traffic, revenue, and conversion.
2. Align local marketing and brand initiatives with Hästens’ premium standards.
3. Analyze store performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage partner accounts end-to-end.
4. Ensure store compliance with brand guidelines and deliver top-tier customer service.
5. Support product launches, pricing updates, corporate initiatives, and in-store events.
6. Onboard and train new staff, both locally and in Sweden.
Deliverables
7. Annual Business Action Plans with activities to improve traffic, revenue and conversion rates, and reach sales targets for stores.
8. Tracking of BAP activity outcomes against plans.
9. Achieve yearly sales targets.
10. Bi-yearly visual merchandising reports, with agreed improvement plans.
11. Store visit reports.
12. Conduct frequent store visits and complete store visit reports / checklists.
Requirements
13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
14. Proven B2B and B2C sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
15. Strong negotiation, planning, and data analysis skills
16. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM (Salesforce preferred)
17. Fluent in German and English
18. Willing to travel 70–80% (store visits, trips to Sweden and some global travel)
19. Driver’s license required
