We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will build strategic relationships at C-level with German enterprise organizations, translating complex integration challenges into concrete business outcomes.
You understand why a CIO loses sleep over fragmented middleware, legacy API sprawl, or upcoming NIS2 and DORA compliance deadlines -- and you know how to start that conversation.

Identify and qualify enterprise accounts in the DACH region with integration, API management, or IAM challenges
Translate technical complexity (iPaaS, API management, IAM, data governance) into tangible business value
Native German speaker (Muttersprachler). Fluent in English.
~7+ years of B2B tech sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years in integration, middleware, or an adjacent domain
~ Strong domain knowledge of iPaaS, API management, or integration platforms (Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, or similar)
~ Adjacent expertise in one or more of: Identity & Access Management, data management, AI/ML, governance & compliance
~ Hunter mentality: self-starting, entrepreneurial, hands-on
Also Dutch-speaking (ideal for internal communication with our NL team)
Vertical expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Government
Existing network in the German enterprise IT market
Knowledge of NIS2, DORA, and EU AI Act compliance trajectories
