WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
* According to performance requirements, explore potential customers, reserve high-quality customer resources, achieve the sales target of responsible market and ensure steady growth of business.
* Responsible for the develop and maintenance of key account customers in local markets, establish a stable and excellent relationship increase chances of business, achieve the goal of a certain number of notable customers.
* Collect market feedback and users 'advice, investigate the market and competitive product information to put forward constructive suggestions for product optimization and development, help us to develop more reasonable product and market strategies.
* Building up good relationship to customer and connect them frequently
* Periodically report the market conditions according to the progress and needs of business development, formulate practicable and effective sales strategies and business planning schemes.
Requirements:
* More than 5+ years experience of KA sales of automation and collaborative robots industry, familiar with the whole process of sales activities.
* Fulent in English skills, and other foreign language skills are preferred.
* Excellent negotiation skills, enormous capacity for business negotiation, good at grasping customers' needs and able to respond timely and accurately.
* “Drive” to support the achievement of financial sales goals.
* Good at team work, strong self-motivated and self-learner, good management in the work process and target.
