Aufgaben:
* Ensuring the most efficient operation of our packaging lines on customer site, naturally taking into account economic and technical aspects
* Perform systematic analyses to identify the root cause of problems and achieve a permanent solution or prepare a detailed problem description if the cause cannot be identified. Packaging lines include various machines such as tray packers, multipackers, spout and straw applicators, and accumulators
* Analyze and resolve malfunctions, both mechanical and electronic, and also automation
* Support optimization of prototype machines on customer site
* Install rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into the production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction
* Worldwide travel to customers, sometimes on short-notice
Qualifikationen:
* You bring these skills, experience & education:
* Completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics / electrical or automation engineering
* Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
* Striving for high customer satisfaction, delivering excellent solutions for the customer
* A demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment efficiently
* High level of communication skills
* Experience: 5-10 years of technical/equipment/machinery experience in an equipment manufacturing service-based industry. Involving all levels of complexity, including troubleshooting on the above equipment
