We are now looking for an ambitious Technical Customer Service (TCS) Manager to Business Area Containerboard. This role can be based at one of Stora Enso’s offices or mills in Western Europe, with flexibility through a hybrid working model. The position includes international travel and reports to the Senior Manager, TCS. Our containerboard portfolio comprises strong, durable yet light kraftliners in natural brown or white top, flutings, and testliners – available with virgin fibres or selected recycled fibres. Together, these solutions deliver an excellent balance of high corrugator performance, environmental performance and impactful brand presence. As the Technical Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer feedback and facilitating communication between production, customers, development, laboratory, and business units. Participating in customer trials and development related projects Providing support for Sales in various tasks Conducting product & process training for customers. About You We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong ambition for continuous improvement. You are solution‑oriented, with a solid technical background and experience in corrugated and or board technologies, and preferably also in printing or converting technologies. Experience in corrugated board solutions or related applications is considered a strong asset. You hold a university degree in a relevant field, and experience in technical customer service is preferred. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and fluent verbal and written English are essential. You base your decisions on facts and use data effectively. You take ownership, work proactively and responsibly toward common goals, and demonstrate a high level of accountability—while supporting your team to do the same.
