Role Overview
The Engineering Team Lead will play a critical role in developing and scaling a high-performance, real-time analytics platform. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, driving innovation in big data processing and AI-driven automation. This role blends technical leadership and hands-on development, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
* Architect and develop real-time data processing solutions for large-scale systems.
* Optimize and scale backend services to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability .
* Maintain an agile engineering culture, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Python, event-driven architectures, and scalable cloud-based solutions .
* Familiarity with modern data processing frameworks (such as Apache Kafka, Flink, or similar).
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and test-driven development .
* Fluency in English with intermediate German abilities .
