Process Engineering Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our global process engineering efforts. As Senior Director of Process Engineering, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing processes across the containment network.
This role requires a strong understanding of process engineering principles and experience in highly regulated industries. You will work closely with site leaders, global engineering heads, and other functional departments to ensure integrated and aligned strategies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
* Serves as liaison between site leaders and global engineering teams to drive strategy and deployment
* Establishes robust development and succession plans for the process engineering team
* Ensures best practice standards are developed and implemented globally
* Identifies and implements process improvements to reduce costs and improve sustainability
* Stays current with advancements in related technology and industry standards
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, management, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of progressive experience in process engineering in a highly regulated environment. They must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English.
