Executive Assistant EMEA (m/f/d)
WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR SUPPORT WITH THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the EMEA Executive Team
* Manage complex calendars, international travel arrangements, and expense reporting
* Act as the primary point of contact for the EVP during travel periods
* Organize and coordinate team meetings and offsites
* Serve as a liaison between the leadership team, managers, and key stakeholders; ensure smooth communication and meeting coordination
* Build strong relationships across the EMEA team and support global projects as needed
* Assist the EVP with employee recognition and sales performance communications
* Support ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned
* Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency
* Maintain and organize central executive team documents, incl. meeting minutes, newsletters or presentations
* Assist Office team with general communications & administration
FOR THIS YOU BRING ALONG:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in executive administrative support
* Proven experience supporting VP- or C-level executives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German as a second language is a strong plus
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Friendly, confident, and service-oriented demeanor
