We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional support and hospitality to our clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for answering employee inquiries, referring them to relevant contacts within the organization, and handling client reception duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Answering and forwarding employee requests via our ticketing tool
* Monitoring meeting room bookings
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You should also have a degree in administration or a related field and 3 years of experience in services or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Good English and French language skills are essential.
