The Role:
We are hiring a German-speaking Sales Consultant (High-Ticket Closer) to enroll prospects into this company's €10,000 SMMA program. Working with warm inbound leads, you’ll guide prospects through the decision-making process, helping them achieve their goal of starting and scaling a profitable SMMA. This role offers the opportunity to work with a proven team and a high-demand offer. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting sales calls with qualified inbound leads.
* Closing prospects into the €10,000 program using a consultative sales approach.
* Maintaining and managing a sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
* Recording and optimizing sales activities in the CRM to maximize performance.
Compensation:
* On-Track Earnings (OTE): €192,000- €360,000/year
* €16,000+/month at minimum KPI. Top closer is clearing over €30k/mo regularly.
We’re Looking for Candidates Who:
* Have experience with high-ticket sales, ideally in the online education or SMMA niche.
* Are located in or available to work within German time zones and be German speaking .
* Have a proven track record of closing deals at €5K or higher.
* Are motivated, self-disciplined, and excel at consultative selling.
* Are skilled at pipeline management, follow-ups, and maintaining high closing percentages.
* Possess a professional setup for remote work and thrive in a results-driven environment.
