Senior Fullstack Engineer – Permanent Role – Germany (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility)
We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology company developing innovative AI-powered web applications. To strengthen their engineering team, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep experience in system architecture and end-to-end web development. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure web applications.
* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while optimising applications for performance and maintainability.
* Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across the engineering team.
* Work closely with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.
* Mentor and support junior engineers, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
* Keep up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential benefits for the business.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
* 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
* Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, with experience building production-ready applications.
* Familiarity with the modern React ecosystem and supporting front-end tooling.
* Solid understanding of system design principles and data modeling.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling complex, large-scale systems.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within an engineering team.
