They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management and ensure the financial success of our large-scale data centre projects. As a key member of our team, you will bring your expertise to manage project costs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
Lead the M&E quantity surveying functions on high-value data centre projects.
Evaluate and manage project risks and provide strategic financial advice.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably with experience in data centre projects.
Proven track record of managing high-value projects from inception to completion.
Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and tools.
