Technical design, methodological evaluation, and documentation of pilot scenarios for the application of AI technologies in studies, teaching, and administration: Empirically based requirements analysis to identify needs in studies, teaching, and administration; analysis and identification of technical requirements as well as technical-didactic design and technical pilot implementation of concepts for AI-supported study, teaching, and administrative processes. Independent and autonomous design of hands-on workshops on the opportunities and limitations of AI in studies, teaching, and university administration: Discipline- and administration-specific derivation of technical concepts for AI-supported teaching, learning, assessment, and administrative processes; iterative technical development of generalized best-practice scenarios for the use of AI in studies, teaching, and administration; identification of additional success factors and conditions for successful implementation, as well as further induction of specific use cases into generalized good-practice scenarios; and technical-didactic consulting for teaching staff and administrative employees on implementation options for specific application scenarios, including awareness-raising with regard to legal (e.g., data protection and the AI Act) and ethical perspectives.
