Role overviewYou will own new-logo revenue and strategic expansion across Europe. You'll recruit, lead and coach a high-performing enterprise sales team, shape regional GTM, and personally close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Tier-1 logos.What you'll doOwn regional revenue (new ARR + expansion) and forecast accuracy for Europe.Hire, onboard and coach AEs/SDRs/SEs ; instill rigorous MEDDICC / Challenger discipline.Drive enterprise, multi-country pursuits across fintech, banking, payments, crypto, and iGaming.Partner with Marketing, RevOps & Partnerships on pipeline generation and co-sell motions (PSPs, core banking, regtech, fraud stacks).Navigate procurement, risk, compliance, InfoSec ; lead RFPs and complex negotiations.Define territory & segmentation, coverage model, quota design, and enablement for the region.Provide market feedback to Product on roadmap (IDV accuracy, doc coverage, biometrics, AML screening).Represent Shufti at key events (e.g., Money20/20, IFGS, Seamless, SBC).Maintain CRM hygiene and deal reviews; deliver weekly/monthly commit .What you bring8–12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, 4+ years leading teams selling Identity Verification / Fraud / KYC-AML / Risk solutions in Europe.Proven track record hitting/exceeding $8–20M+ ARR goals across multiple European markets.Deep relationships in fintech, banks, PSPs, neobanks, crypto exchanges, iGaming .Strong methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger), executive gravitas, and C-level deal leadership.Cross-border selling experience (UK + EU), with Reg/Privacy familiarity (AMLD, eIDAS, GDPR, PVID helpful).Excellent communication; willing to travel 30–50% across the region.
