Head of Group Finance & Consolidation
We are looking for a Senior Group Finance Manager to lead group-wide reporting, consolidation, forecasting, and compliance across our global operations.
In this role, you'll:
Ensure fast, accurate financial reporting under IFRS (<5-day close)
Lead consolidation of all global entities (IFRS & Swedish GAAP)
Drive the preparation of management reports & annual audits
Manage group liquidity and deliver rolling 21-week cash forecasts
Own lender & bank reporting, covenant tracking, and SFA compliance
Oversee tax, treasury, transfer pricing & internal control systems
Lead budgeting, forecasting (P&L, BS, CF), and long-term planning
Spearhead cross-company financial projects & process improvements
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in group finance, ideally in manufacturing/industrial
Strong command of IFRS, consolidation, and stakeholder management
Experience with consolidation tools
Solid background in tax, treasury, and internal controls
Proactive, hands-on mindset and fluent German and English skills
A background in production/manufacturing
