To support our growth, we are looking for a :
CO-DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (W/M)
Long term contract - Wiesbaden (Germany)
Under the supervision of the country manger you'll Identify and negotiate Co-Development solar and energy storage projects and M&A opportunities in line with REDEN's strategic direction.
Your main tasks will be:
TO MANAGE DEALS FROM ACQUISITION TO CLOSING
* Identify opportunities (M&A acquisitions, co-development, sales) and coordinate with development and country manager teams to ensure project feasibility.
* Analyse and calculate economic viabilities.
* Manage due diligence.
* Negotiate and prepare transaction documents
* Prepare application for shareholders' approval.
TO DEVELOP MARKET KNOWLEDGE
* Improve market understanding by analysing trends, conducting studies
* Establish a network.
TO COORDINATE OTHER DEPARTMENTS’ ACTIVITIES
* Take responsibility for projects from enquiry to Ready To Build.
* Coordinate all departments involved.
Expected skills
You have a degree in engineering, a master's degree in energy management, geography, or urban planning, or have gained extensive experience in our industry through other means.
You have at least 3+ years of relevant experiences in project management in the field of renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind power, or others).
You are familiar with financial analysis and modelling, with a good ability to synthesise.
