RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Recruitment of national and international professionals and managers for defined business areas
* Independent implementation and further development of the recruiting and employer branding strategy
* Proactive identification and direct approach of talents as well as development of networks via social media platforms and online portals
* Review of application documents, Pre-selection of candidates and conducting interviews
* Writing job advertisements in German and English
* Providing expert advice to specialist managers on all aspects of the selection process
* Designing, planning and participating in trade fairs and events to attract talent
* Supporting and designing the onboarding process for new employees

* Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on HR
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the recruiting field
* Many years of experience in using modern recruiting tools in an international context
* Independent working style, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
* Innovative spirit to break new ground and develop individual solutions
* Confident written and spoken German and English skills
