Responsibilities:
1. General administrative and reception duties such as processing mail, answering and transferring incoming telephone calls as well as receiving and entertaining guests
2. Preparing the meeting rooms
3. Ordering office supplies and consumables
4. Coordinating caretakers and cleaning staff
Qualifications:
5. Successfully completed training as an office administrator desirable or corresponding professional experience in the reception area and/or in the administrative area
6. Friendly and confident manner in dealing with guests and colleagues; strong service mentality
7. Organizational skills as well as structured and independent way of working
8. Flexibility in terms of time
9. Good MS-Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel)
10. Basic knowledge of English
