Key Responsibilities
* Analyze user requirements to identify suitable solutions
* Conduct workshops with key users to understand their needs and preferences
* Identify process and software improvement opportunities through a data-driven approach
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with business objectives
* Design and model application functional architecture using industry-standard tools
* Define test strategy from test plan creation to execution, ensuring seamless integration
* Support test execution, analyze errors, and create summary reports for stakeholders
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (minimum BAC + 3) is required
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial sector
* Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset for this role
* Familiarity with analysis and testing methods, including Agile methodologies
* Previous experience in the financial sector is beneficial for understanding industry-specific challenges
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proactive, rigorous, and methodical approach to problem-solving
* Excellent writing skills and analytical synthesis capabilities to communicate effectively with stakeholders
