Key responsibilities for this role include onboarding new clients, presenting files to the acceptance committee, performing client portfolio annual compliance reviews, preparing credit memos and presenting them to the credit committee, originating new credit files, depositary mandates, and dealing room transactions.
The selected candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of Corporate Finance matters, with a master's degree in Finance. They will also need to have previous experience working in a top-tier financial institution, particularly in a client-facing capacity. Additionally, they should be proficient in French and English, with additional languages being a plus. Analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential for success in this position.
