About Corporate Officer Role:
We are seeking an experienced corporate officer to manage the legal aspects of our Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). As a key member of our team, you will oversee the incorporation, operation, and dissolution of these entities.
Responsibilities will include preparing and organizing board meetings, shareholder meetings, and general meetings. Additionally, you will draft minutes of these gatherings, approve annual accounts, open bank accounts, and update relevant registers.

About You:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in a financial industry
* Fluent command of English
