Technical Expertise : Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices, supporting the team in solving complex technical challenges. Experience in the Role : Significant experience in Salesforce engineering Management and a track record of success in scaling organizations. Technical Proficiency : proven technical background in Salesforce development and architecture. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
