What You'll Do Work through 1,000+ qualified leads and close deals independently Create proposals for complex hardware installations Travel to customer sites for demos and installations Represent CeiliX at trade shows and industry events Build automations to manage the pipeline Setup Remote. Once a month you\'ll need to go to the office in Euskirchen (Cologne-Bonn area) where our engineers work. Plus you\'ll need to do customer visits all around Germany, so a car is helpful but not required. Company will pay for train or rental car when needed. What We Need Must-haves: Fluent German + English (C2 both) Bachelor\'s degree + evidence you get stuff done (side projects, leadership, entrepreneurship) Self-starter who figures things out without a playbook Technical curiosity – you want to understand how it works Nice-to-haves: B2B or industrial sales experience French or Spanish Hardware/robotics exposure Why Now €800k+ in pre-orders vs €300k projected. 8 people.
