The successful candidate would be responsible for both hard and soft FM categories, as well as real estate. This role works closely with the Procurement Lead, site operations, engineering, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance, strong supplier partnerships, and effective delivery of commercial value for both the client and the business.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Procurement Lead in implementing procurement strategies aligned with facilities management and real estate.Develop and maintain client Procurement Plans in collaboration with operations teams.Ensure high compliance with supplier service contracts and company procurement policies.Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain continuity of critical operations.Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiationsMonitor supplier performance, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation complianceProvide regular procurement reporting, including KPIs, savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance updates.Support annual maintenance planning with suppliers and operational teams.Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure responsible procurement practices.Assist with audits and support training related to strategic sourcing.Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.Experience RequiredSeveral years of facilities management & real estate procurement experience, covering both hard & soft categoriesFluent English & French language mandatory. German proficiency is preferred, however we're open to candidates that don't speak fluently but are willing to learnStrong experience working with global suppliers and developing relationships across the EMEA regionsExperience working with ERP systems and supply chain software #J-18808-Ljbffr
