Implement Group operational standards ("Branch Bible") adapted to German market, establish KPI-driven management from day one, eliminate manual non-scalable processes, and build reporting discipline aligned with Group standards.Hire and develop the first local operational team, define roles and accountability, and build a performance culture based on data and ownership.Our technology, digital onboarding, and processes were built for other markets.
