What We’ll Accomplish Together
As a European leader in HRIS and payroll solutions, SD Worx supports organizations in their digital HR transformation. With over 80 years of experience, €1.18 billion in revenue, and more than 90,000 clients, SD Worx is a major player in the HR and payroll technology sector. To support and accelerate our growth in the Large Enterprise market, SD Worx is creating a new Sales Executive position in Germany, dedicated to SAP SuccessFactors. Join us and become part of a European team of six international experienced sales representatives.
Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you play a central role in our growth strategy in Germany/DACH and internationally. You will be responsible for identifying and managing complex business opportunities, primarily working with major German and/or international accounts in the DACH region. You’ll rely on your market knowledge, your network, and our partnership with SAP to develop your portfolio of opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
* Build a strong pipeline, generate and convert sales leads
* Develop a strategic business action plan to achieve your goals
* Manage long and complex sales cycles through to closing
* Foster long-term relationships with SAP SuccessFactors sales teams
* Build lasting partnerships with your prospects and clients
This Position Is for You If
* You are a sales professional with proven experience in complex consultative selling to large international accounts.
* You’re confident in high-level negotiations and skilled at managing long sales cycles. Ideally, you have experience in the HR or HRIS/payroll solutions space.
* Experience in complex B2B sales
* Familiarity with the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem is a strong plus
* Proactive in prospecting and effective in closing deals
* Fluent in English and German (native in German is a strong advantage)
