Our corporate functions are diverse and make a decisive contribution to the strategic orientation and sustainable success of ZEISS.Your Role As the SAP Test Manager, you will have a pivotal role in implementing the test strategy, actively driving to end-to-end quality assurance for S/4 HANA migration and implementations, as well as SAP ERP applications. Working in a central test management team, you will implement test strategy, test scope, plan, and estimates, create test concepts, support in test design, test case creation, test automation, test execution and reporting on test progress and quality status. This Includes: Collaborate with the Test Coordinators, Test Managers, and all relevant stakeholders to implement enterprise-level SAP test strategies, methodologies, and approaches for both functional and non-functional test automationEngage in testing activities such as test planning, test creation, test automation, test execution, defect reporting, and test closure for the S4 HANA migration and implementation ProjectWork across various SAP streams, including Sales and Distribution, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics, Security, and Demand Chain, ensuring successful project completionAutomate test cases using TOSCA or other relevant frameworksCollaborate with multiple deployment teams to organize testing activities according to different project phasesEnsure adherence to standardized testing approaches and best practicesUnderstand the challenges associated with SAP testing and automation and collaborate with the Central Test Management team to develop and provide suitable solutionsSupport the central test management group in exploring new aspects of testing, such as automation and non-functional testing, and contribute to solutioning in these areasYour Profile Engineering degree in IT, information systems, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of the overall software test life cycleProfound experience in SAP Test Management, preferably with SAP Solution Manager for S4/HANA and SAP functional and non-functional testingIdeally experience in project management for testing projectsProfound hands-on experience in SAP test automation and strong skills in SAP test automation frameworks and tools such as TOSCA, UFT, and SAP TAOWorking experience with various S4/HANA functionalities and SAP Modules such as SD, MM, WM, PP, MES, and FICOISTQB certification or other equivalent certifications in the field of quality assuranceExperience working in a co-located team with a willingness to travelExcellent communication skills in English and GermanYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Mrs. Selina Riccio
