As a Project Coordinator (d/m/w) at Airbus, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination and execution of key projects within the Structure and Cross domain for the FAL. In this position, you will lead project elements from conception through completion, aligning stakeholders and delivering results that meet business objectives and client needs. You will: Coordinate and oversee projects to achieve defined goals regarding time, scope, cost, and quality. Manage detailed project effort planning and documentation, including project descriptions. Identify, align, and coordinate multiple project interfaces effectively. Plan and control supplier order management and ensure economic feasibility of projects. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align deliverables and maintain project satisfaction. Integrate new project plans into existing workflows and continuously develop manufacturing and quality guidelines. Prepare budget planning and document project status in terms of quality, technology, costs, and deadlines. Assess project risks and implement measures to mitigate them effectively. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: Your qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. 2 years of experience in project leadership and project management. 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production or aerospace engineering. Proficient in SAP and familiar with Google Workspace tools. Solid competencies in risk management and process improvement. Fluency in German and English. Strong team and communication skills, with a focus on meeting budgets and deadlines. Willingness to undertake minor international travel (maximum once per year).
