We are seeking a seasoned Electronics Design Expert to join our team. As part of the Electronic Packaging group, this individual will be responsible for designing high-performance mainboards and PCB cards for cutting-edge platforms.
* Design Methodology: Develop and implement complex digital and analog circuit layouts.
* Signal Integrity: Model and simulate high-frequency signals across boards and systems, defining design rules and materials to ensure optimal performance.
* Power Delivery: Ensure stable power distribution and switching stability on complex boards through careful planning and execution.
* Module Development: Create single and multi-chip modules for advanced processors, leveraging expertise in electronics design and development.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine workflows, tools, and measurement methods to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
* Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware-related issues during prototype validation and deployment.
