As Salesforce & Web Developer (m/f/d), you will build and evolve our Salesforce CRM for international Sales & Marketing teams. You’ll work on integrations and scalable solutions across two Salesforce instances, and you’ll support our web developer with selected TYPO3-related topics where CRM and website touch (e.g., forms, tracking, integrations).This position is located in Hamburg.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and maintain business processes, data flows, and code (Salesforce.com runs as our CRM system).
2. By using and improving technology both the business and the Salesforce users will benefit from your ideas and work results.
3. You will work with two Salesforce instances
4. Contribute to selected TYPO3 tasks in collaboration with our web developer (minor changes, troubleshooting, integration touchpoints)
5. Integration of Salesforce with third-party providers and external systems through API interfaces.
6. Analysis and optimization of existing implementations in Salesforce to increase efficiency and performance.
7. Close collaboration with our consultants and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
8. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and support for end users.
Your Profile:
9. Professional background in developing Salesforce solutions (ideally 4+ years’ experience)
10. Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SQL
11. Basic working knowledge of TYPO3 or willingness to learn (you will collaborate with a dedicated web developer)
12. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering or IT-related topics
13. High motivation and interest for designing, programming, and solving problems and improving business processes and company performance
14. Experience with Salesforce integrations and using APIs (REST/SOAP)
15. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
16. Ability to work in a team, commitment and a proactive approach to work
17. Professional English skills; German skills are a plus but not required
