The Customer Service Center Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service operation towards our clients. Your main tasks will include:
* Order Management: Enter orders into the ERP system according to customer specifications, including certificates, inspection plans, packaging and labeling, Incoterms, and payment conditions.
* Pricing and Delivery Confirmation: Confirm pricing and delivery dates with product management, sales, and supply chain teams.
* Contract Follow-up: Regularly follow up on contract calls and validity dates, and keep clients informed about order status (lead times, delivery dates).
* Document and Shipping Management: Ensure that documents and shipments are sent in accordance with customer requirements.
* Unpaid Invoices: Collaborate with the CSC Manager and sales department to follow up on unpaid invoices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Economics, or Business (e.g., BTS)
* Experience: First experience in customer service in a similar role is a plus
* Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or any other ERP system is considered a strong asset
* Languages: Fluency in French, English, and German
* Soft Skills: Autonomy, well-organized, team player, customer-centric mindset
