Your Opportunity Awaits
We are currently seeking a Service Director, EMEA to join our fantastic team in any major European location (Germany, UK, Italy) on a REMOTE basis.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage all LMS Field Operations related to Service, focusing on profitable growth of service revenue, installation of new and demonstration equipment, and ensuring high-quality service support.
* Oversee a dedicated team of 120 staff, including Field Service Managers, Engineers, and Customer Service Delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives and revenue targets.
* Actively pursue customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and incorporate Danaher Business Systems Tools into daily operations.
* Maintain a deep understanding of contractual obligations to effectively respond to customer needs.
* Optimize the regional Service P&L to achieve financial objectives and drive above-market growth.
* Collaborate closely with Sales Management to foster a team atmosphere and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Your Profile
* Undergraduate degree required; a Master's degree is a plus.
* A minimum of 10 years experience in a global organization.
* Proven track record in managing and developing customer-facing organizations.
* Experience in managing a field service organization is strongly preferred.
* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
Travel Requirements
* Willingness to travel up to 40% within the EMEA territory.
