We, IT Career Hub, are an international EdTech company dedicated to the development and training in the field of information technology.
The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adults to work in the field of information technology, to promote the individual development of each person and to help them find a new promising job.
We are currently looking for a Lexware teacher (with focus on Finanzbuchhaltung & Lohn) for our partner company “DWW Akademie”.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct training sessions on the practical use of Lexware software in the following areas:
o Finanzbuchhaltung (FiBu)
o Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
o Steuerliche Meldungen (e.g. USt-Voranmeldung, Lohnsteueranmeldung)
* Guide participants through exercises, projects, and real-world case studies.
* Prepare lessons and regularly review and provide feedback on submitted assignments.
* Support learners with individual questions related to the use of Lexware.
* Collaborate closely with the methodology team to optimize learning materials.
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
* Record a short video training introducing Lexware, including an overview of the platform and demonstration of key functions (to be made available on the learning platform).
Requirements:
* Several years of practical experience working with Lexware, especially in the following modules:
o Finanzbuchhaltung (FiBu);
o Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung;
o Steuerberechnung and USt-Voranmeldungen.
* Strong knowledge of accounting processes in Lexware, such as:
o Kontenrahmenpflege, Belegbuchung, OP-Verwaltung;
o Monthly and annual financial statements (Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse);
o Submissions to authorities (e.g. Elster, health insurance, social security).
* Completed training in tax consultancy (Steuerfach), office management (Büromanagement), or industrial business administration (Industriekaufmann/-frau).
* Ability to explain complex topics clearly and in a structured manner.
* Reliability and ability to work independently.
* Digital literacy (Google Docs, Zoom, Slack, or similar).
* German and Russian ideally C2/native.
