We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth initiatives with our partners. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue expansion through collaborative efforts with partner sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth with strategic partners
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partners to understand their business needs and develop mutually beneficial solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies
- Minimum 8 years of experience in indirect sales and business development, preferably in the storage, solutions, or infrastructure market
- Strong understanding of IT market dynamics and business models of strategic partners
- Proven track record of sales success, with excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
