About the Role
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious asset management company in Luxembourg as an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the team's success.
Responsibilities
1. Manage general office tasks, including procurement of supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
2. Evaluate documents for translation needs from English to French or vice versa.
3. Coschedule meetings, acquire necessary signatures internally, prepare meeting rooms, and arrange travel arrangements as required.
4. Persue expense reports, facilitate event organization (e.g., team-building events), and collaborate with local and international teams when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within Luxembourg, preferably in the investment sector or big four companies. Fluency in English and French is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong organizational skills are essential for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
