We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at TASKING in Germany.

Our customers are served from sales offices in the EU, US, China, Japan, Korea and India. Assist Sales Managers with administrative tasks, including processing incoming orders and managing customer accounts in Salesforce.
Maintain customer data in the CRM system, process supplier forms, and handle customer order portals efficiently.
Prepare and process maintenance quotes while providing direct support to customers in EMEA.
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Team to optimize processes and workflows.
Experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative roles
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and German)
