Your tasks
6. You drive the standardization and management of major strategic projects and thus ensure the achievement of company-wide goals
7. You develop and maintain standardized PM methods, processes and templates that are used worldwide
8. You will be responsible for consolidated project reporting at portfolio level and prepare complex decision templates for management
9. You implement state-of-the-art PM tools such as Jira and Confluence and develop meaningful dashboards for real-time control
10. You act as a mentor and coach for project managers and actively promote the exchange of knowledge within the organization
Your profile
11. A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification
12. Sound professional experience in managing projects or within a PMO, ideally in technically complex industries such as defense or aerospace
13. Confidence in the application of international PM standards (e.g. IPMA) and excellent methodological skills
14. A proactive way of working and the ability to think in a networked way in order to recognize and manage risks at an early stage
15. Very good knowledge of SAP Jira Confluence and MS Office (especially Excel)
16. Business fluent in German and English and willingness to travel domestically and abroad
