Your Task:
* First contact with customers in order to create a customised offer for the customer
* Preparation of documents and necessary information for appointments and meetings
* Carrying out follow-up and handling complaints
* Contract negotiations
* Professional instruction and supervision of trainees and interns
* Detailed knowledge of the hotel's range of offers and all possibilities to meet the guests' wishes
Your Profil:
* Organisational talent, structured & independent work and problem-solving skills
* Professional experience in event sales and coordination is an advantage, but not essential
* Flexibility, independence, initiative
* Good written and spoken German and English skills; other languages an advantage
* Initial IT skills: Hotel programme Opera Cloud, MS Office (365) an advantage
* Very good communication skills and empathy
