We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The role can be based in one of our offices in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).
Main Responsibilities
In this role you will identify, attract and hire top talent across all functions of our business. You will support recruitment across our entire group which spans multiple countries and departments.
You will be part of our global People & Culture team made up of 30 professionals across seven countries. Altogether we are almost 1000 Epassians and we are growing rapidly.
You will play a crucial role in building our teams by leading talent acquisition efforts, sourcing candidates and facilitating the hiring process in cooperation with line managers and People & Culture colleagues. As we continue to grow this role offers potential for expanding responsibilities in the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and executing recruitment plans across all Epassi country locations & functions.
* Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, networking and more.
* Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand.
* Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
* Analyse & utilisation of recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve processes.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
* 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition ideally in an international fast‑growing tech organization
* Experience hiring commercial positions; experience with Tech/Product/Marketing is also an advantage.
* Proven ability to use data to track pipeline efficiency and improve workflow.
* Proficiency with recruitment tools and software (LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools).
* Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities.
* Skill in identifying passive candidates using creative sourcing methods.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular on‑site days at our office.
