The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that ensure Dynata’s brand leadership and revenue growth across EMEA. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to develop and manage localized marketing programs that align with sales objectives and drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and brand presence.

Responsibilities of the position will include:

1. Regional Strategy DevelopmentDesign and execute regional marketing strategies that support revenue targets, customer growth, and brand visibility.Align with sales leadership to understand territory goals, challenges, and priorities.
2. Campaign Planning and ExecutionPlan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, field events, email, content, webinars, etc.) tailored to regional audiences.Localize global campaigns for regional effectiveness.
3. Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with product marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams to execute go-to-market strategies. Localize efforts.Work closely with regional sales teams to coordinate campaigns, track feedback, and adjust plans based on performance.
4. Market & Competitive InsightAnalyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to refine positioning and messaging.Identify and act on growth opportunities within the region.
5. Budget ManagementManage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
6. Regional Webinar and Event managementEnsure events are run with an eye on ROI

Essential Skills & Experience:

7. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional or field marketing role.
8. Proven track record of supporting revenue through targeted marketing strategies and lead generation.
9. Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, pipeline management, and campaign ROI metrics.
10. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
11. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
