Project information
1. Our client is in the midst of a major S/4HANA transformation and is building a senior expert team to ensure a smooth and structured business cutover. This role works closely with the Business Cutover Lead and focuses on hands-on execution rather than PMO or stakeholder-management activities.
Responsibilities
2. Define and structure the overall business cutover approach in a large S/4HANA program
3. Develop and maintain cutover plans, timelines, and dependencies
4. Prepare and support cutover workshops (agenda, materials, structure)
5. Identify, track and manage cutover dependencies ang risks across business and IT
6. Act as a senior sparring partner to the Business Cutover Lead with practical guidanceSupport hands-on execution of cutover preparation activities (not purely advisory)
Profile
7. Extensive, proven experience in Cutover Management, ideally on large/complex programs
8. Strong methodological ability to define clear structures and working models
9. Hands-on execution mindset (creating deliverables, driving progress)
10. Experience in cross-functional, complex environments
11. Fluent or very strong German (critical for local alignment)
12. FMCG or related industry background is advantageous
13. Experience supporting business-led cutover organizations is advantageous
