 * Provide first-class customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
 * Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
 * Keep up-to-date with company products and services to offer accurate and helpful information to clients.
 * Document customer interactions thoroughly within the company's CRM system.
 * Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share best practices.
 * Participate in training sessions to continually refine your skills and knowledge.
 * Provide feedback for improving processes and customer experiences.
Requirements
 * Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
 * Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
 * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
 * Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
 * Proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
