The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Your challenges
* You will support the organization of events related to the product line.
* You will contribute to the creation of marketing material and presentations for the product line.
* You will contribute to the updating of commercial information on competitors.
* You will participate in the compilation and analysis of market data for the product line
* You will support internal and external communication related to the product line.
Profile
* You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering or top quality MBA/ business school combined with a solid background in marketing and strategic planning with wide experience of the automotive field
* You have a fluent level of English and ideally German
* You have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience (internships or full-time) in business development, strategy, market analysis, or product management within the automotive, semiconductor, or software-defined vehicle (SDV) industry
* Ideally, You have Automotive Product Knowledge, Understanding of Domain Controllers, ADAS architectures, middleware (e.g., AUTOSAR, QNX, Linux), and SoCs from key players
* You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
* You are a diplomat with strong communication and negotiation skills
* You are energetic and results-oriented, with a high level of self-confidence and perseverance to achieve set objectives
* You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
