As a dispatcher, you are the first point of contact for our drivers and the link between planning, operations, and HR. You know exactly what is needed to deploy people and resources as efficiently as possible. You understand the reality of the driver’s job, as well as the commercial and operational interests of the organization.
You manage 15 to 30 trucks, depending on the department (Fresh & Frozen or Bulk), and ensure everything is in order: planning, communication, and legal compliance. You work under time pressure, especially during peak moments, and know how to organize processes efficiently. Together with your team, you solve problems and motivate drivers to get the best out of their workday.
Your main responsibilities:
Directing and supporting drivers during their routes
Recording attendance, trip data, and incidents
Monitoring compliance with driving and rest time regulations
Checking trips for feasibility, punctuality, and legal compliance
Advising planning departments on driver availability
Analyzing completed trips to improve processes
Actively contributing to driver motivation and engagement
Collaborating with driver coordinators and HR
Function Requirements
Several years of experience as a dispatcher or transport planner
Affinity with logistics and understanding of the driver’s profession
Resilient under stress and able to maintain overview during peak times
Enjoy working in a small team with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills and able to motivate others
Proficient with digital systems and administration
Knowledge of European driving and rest time regulations
Good command of English; German is a plus

Attractive salary between €2.700 and €4.500 (depending on experience)
