Your Tasks:
* Creation and provision of IT reports (IT controlling, KRI reporting) as well as documentation of Oprisk events
* Preparation and creation of individual reports for the Director IT & Digitalisation
* Support in the creation of decision templates and approval documents for strategic changes and IT governance topics
* Participation in internal and external IT audits (annual financial audit, SOX)
* Monitoring compliance requirements and initiating adjustments
* Conducting IT vendor management and monitoring service level agreements
* Relationship management with EAR T & I and monitoring the project portfolio
* Implementation of strategic and regulatory IT requirements for departmental IT systems
* Technical owner for departmental IT systems and participation as functional owner for cross-departmental systems
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational training
* 3-5 years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally in a bank or leasing company
* Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking environment
* Excellent knowledge of IT standard systems, such as MS Office
* Basic knowledge of cloud applications and architectures
* Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* High level of initiative and identification with company goals and philosophy
* Continuous goal orientation and organizational talent
* High social competence and strong communication skills
* Active and passive willingness to cooperate
