Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* Successfully completed degree in food technology, nutritional science, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in product management within the food, FMCG, or nutrition segment
* Strong sense for trends, brand management, and consumer needs
* Experience in project management, product development, and market launches
* Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation
* Communicative leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and team spirit
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English

* Strategic and operational overall responsibility for product management in the Food & Nutrition sector
* Development, planning, and implementation of new products and relaunches in close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing
* Analysis of market trends, competitors, and target groups to identify growth potential
* Management of the entire product lifecycle – from concept development to market launch and product optimization
* Responsibility for assortment strategy, price positioning, and margin development
* Leadership, motivation, and development of the Product Management team
* Close collaboration with external partners, suppliers, and production sites
